Best in Class: Rising to the Challenge Award – Oct 2023
Katie was moved from one scrum team to supporting two other scrum teams right before PI2 started and rose to the challenge without missing a beat. She provided her top notch organizational and design skill to help OSS and SL App create successful design work in PI2, and continues to provide her expertise to both teams.
When Katie works on a project, she is all in.
She looks at all the possibilities a project can take — thinks of things beyond Design I would not have thought of. She is a UX Designer, but so much more. A Wonder Woman Designer. I continue to learn from Katie in every project we work together in for SEO. She can put together a whole Miro board in 1 afternoon with stats, comparisons, journey maps, etc. Her mind works wicked fast. She’s a great collaborator and I enjoy our working sessions every time. They’re insightful, and we’re able to get projects done that delight our PO and PM. I look forward to more projects with Katie in PI3.Shout out to Katie, the amazing designer with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail in her Figmas! Her responsiveness and thorough responses to my questions have been a game-changer. I truly appreciate the plenty of breadcrumbs she provides, guiding me in the right direction and making our collaboration seamless and productive!

CVS Heart at Work: Excellence Award – Mar 2023
Recognized for: Rising to the challenge – We boldly innovate to care for our customers
Katie has been the go-to for experience design around the brand new Content Hub/Wellness Zone for CVS. She has been juggling not only internal to Retail stakeholders, but external, including marketing, brand and outside agencies. Through all this she has been completely organized and on top of the work, while producing great designs that align with CVS’ “Healthier Happens Together” branding. All of this while pushing the work forward without a dedicated product or development team to work with just yet! Thank you Katie for all the work you’ve done for the Content Hub, can’t wait to see where it goes in 2023!
